Training Facilities (HQ)
The Training Facility HQ is located in midtown Manhattan and can accommodate 80+ team members. This state-of-the-art facility offers in-person instructional classes and virtual training on a multitude of subjects including customer service, tenant and building service contracts, Local 32BJ union contract, riders and amendments.
Training Facility HQ is also home to a fully functional Fire Life Safety panel where life safety personnel can receive hands-on instruction in fire alarm panel operations, including how to acknowledge alarms, and make announcements.
Training Facilities (Long Island City)
The Long Island City, NY Training Facility is a truly exciting location in which employees receive comprehensive hands-on training in all equipment required to mitigate water damage in our flood simulation center. We also train employees on mold mitigation and associated regulatory requirements.
